Education: University Prince Edward Island
Dr. Hayley Inkpen was born in Newfoundland, but spent most of her life in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has a love of working with all animals, and started her career with wildlife, working for many years at Hope for Wildlife. Becoming a veterinarian was always her end goal though, and she graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College of UPEI in 2015.
After working in Halifax, and then Minneapolis, Minnesota, Hayley and her fiance Chris finally settled in Ottawa, where they plan to stay. They share their life with their three rescue pets, two senior pitbulls Maggie and Gordie, and a cat who rules the house, Mila.
Hayley’s special interests in veterinary medicine include exotics, canine behaviour, and dentistry. She looks forward to working with you and your beloved pets!
